Privacy notice
What Invest Times collects, why, and how long it keeps it.
In short
Invest Times does not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We process personal data only when you give it to us: when you become a member or when you write to us.
Membership and membership terms
Membership is free. To become a member you enter your e-mail address and agree to these terms. We send you a single-use sign-in link; opening it confirms the address and signs you in. There is no password.
- What we keep: your e-mail address, when you joined and last signed in, and which version of these terms you accepted.
- Why: to send sign-in links and to recognise you as a member (performance of the membership you request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not send newsletters or marketing to members and we never sell or share addresses.
- Cookies: one strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in for up to 90 days; another protects our forms against forged requests. Neither is used for tracking.
- Retention: unused sign-in links are deleted within a day. Your membership record is kept until you ask us to delete it.
- Your rights: you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time through our contact form, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
- Use: members articles are for personal reading. Please do not republish them in full.
Contact and partnership form
When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, e-mail address, organisation and message, and use them only to reply. Messages are kept as long as needed to handle the matter.
Service providers
The site is hosted by infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under data processing terms. E-mail is delivered by our mail provider. Sign-in links are protected by a privacy-friendly proof-of-work check that uses no cookies from third parties.
